NSF awards DePaul, Sinai Chicago researchers $1.5 million

DePaul faculty Daniela Stan-Raicu, Roselyne Tchoua, Jacob Furst, and Alexandru Orhean from CDM, along with John Mazzeo from CSH received a $1.5 million grant from NSF for a project in collaboration with Sinai Chicago to partner with community health workers to combine the predictive capabilities of AI with human insights. The SCHOLAR framework pairs community health workers with AI to identify high-risk patients and match them with appropriate support systems.Find out more​​​​
