Honors Program Advising

Your Honors Advisor is available to help you formulate and achieve your academic goals, providing the following assistance to students:

  • Exploring possible majors and minors
  • Understanding Honors and major requirements
  • Planning or changing your academic program
  • Preparing for enrollment periods
  • Resolving scheduling or enrollment problems
  • Tracking your academic progress

You may schedule a zoom or in-person advising appointment through Bluestar, or you may email your advisor if you have specific questions that don't require an appointment:

Honors advisors are located in the Lincoln Park Honors office in Arts and Letters Hall, 2315 N. Kenmore, suite 210, 773-325-7302.

Please note that Honors advising complements, but does not replace, the advising you will receive from your major advisor. If you have not yet declared a major, you may meet with an advisor from the Office for Academic Advising Support to explore possible majors that fit with your interests and goals. Email AdvisingSupport@depaul.edu to schedule an appointment.

Once you declare a major, you will work with your major or college advisor for any major-specific questions. Your Honors advisor will be happy to work with you regarding your Honors requirements.
